Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Staggs Styles! We want you to absolutely love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help - just reach out and we’ll make it right.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition you received it
• With original tags still attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Personalized or custom items
• Digital downloads
• Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
Print-On-Demand Items
Our graphic tees, hoodies, and sweatshirts are printed and fulfilled on demand. If your item arrives with a defect, misprint, or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@staggstyles.com with a photo of the issue. We will work directly with our production partner to make it right at no cost to you.
We do not accept returns on print-on-demand items due to sizing - please refer to our size guide before ordering.
Return Shipping
A $6.75 flat rate return shipping fee applies to all eligible returns and is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@staggstyles.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
